I provide individual and family therapy in the Wallingford / Fremont neighborhood of Seattle.  I enjoy working with a wide range of age groups.

Adults – I provide psychotherapy for adults on a short or long-term basis. Treatment focus may include but is not limited to anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, depression and life changes.

Children and Adolescents – I have several years of experience with children/adolescents and am credentialed as a Child Mental Health Specialist. When providing treatment to those younger than eighteen – I involve the parent and family as needed.

Parenting/ Family Therapy – I offer consultation on effective parenting skills and in some situations family therapy. If you are interested in family therapy, we can discuss options and collaborate to form a treatment plan.

Rates

Individual and Family Treatment – $120 per session
